TikToker Jose Chakala wins African content creator award WAS NOT TRUE

Popular Ugandan TikToker and comedian Jose Chakala known for his Landlord skits has been awarded the best African content creator 2023 by Cinematic Vision in San Francisco, USA.

Landlord, real name Joseph Musasizi, was over the moon, parading his plaque on all his social media platforms as he boasted about his achievement.

“Would love to take this opportunity to thank my teammates I work with and my videographer. I love you guys and my people thanks for standing by my side from day one,” he posted.

Chakala was towards the end of February nominated in the Cinematic Vision awards that happened yesterday.

Two days ago, the former professional dancer asked his fans for prayers as he left the country to go and attend the awarding ceremony.

Chakala rose to fame in 2020 through his comedy skits acting as arrogant landlord demanding rent from his struggling tenants.

Through his creativity, he has been able to get endorsements, build his brand and growing his social media platforms, among others.

Early this month, he landed a new deal as an ambassador for Spiceoven by Nana Cakes And Pastries that that’s owned by musician Spice Diana.
